Cindy Parlow Cone has dedicated her life to soccer—as a player, a coach, and now a leader shaping the future of the sport in the United States. As a World Cup and Olympic champion, she knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. As the first woman elected to serve a full term as U.S. Soccer president, she has proven her ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a commitment to growing the game at all levels.

Taking office in 2020 amid one of the most challenging periods in U.S. Soccer’s history, Cindy brought steady leadership when it was needed most. She navigated the Federation through the COVID-19 pandemic, resolved equal pay lawsuits, and strengthened relationships with players, coaches, referees, and organizations across the country. Under her leadership, U.S. Soccer is stronger than ever—and she’s ready to keep building for the future.
