Cindy Parlow Cone is running for reelection as president of the U.S. Soccer Federation. The U.S. Soccer Federation votes in March 2026.
Cindy Parlow Cone has dedicated her life to soccer—as a player, a coach, and now a leader shaping the future of the sport in the United States. As a World Cup and Olympic champion, she knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. As the first woman elected to serve a full term as U.S. Soccer president, she has proven her ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a commitment to growing the game at all levels.
Taking office in 2020 amid one of the most challenging periods in U.S. Soccer’s history, Cindy brought steady leadership when it was needed most. She navigated the Federation through the COVID-19 pandemic, resolved equal pay lawsuits, and strengthened relationships with players, coaches, referees, and organizations across the country. Under her leadership, U.S. Soccer is stronger than ever—and she’s ready to keep building for the future.
She spearheaded the creation of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, ensuring U.S. teams have world-class facilities.
Through initiatives like the Innovate to Grow grants, she has expanded access to soccer for players of all backgrounds.
Cindy led the historic equal pay agreement, making U.S. Soccer a global leader in equity.
Under her leadership, the Federation’s revenue has diversified and grown from $97 million in 2024 to a projected $141 million in 2026. Cindy has overseen record-breaking sponsorship deals, bringing in partners like Bank of America and Home Depot.
Cindy recruited world-class coaches like Emma Hayes and Mauricio Pochettino, as well as top executives like CEO J.T. Batson and Sporting Director Matt Crocker, to create a winning culture.
She made the findings of the Sally Yates report public and implemented changes to create a safer, more inclusive soccer environment.
Cindy will continue the Federation’s work expanding the game for every player, coach, referee, and fan.
“I am proud to support Cindy Parlow Cone’s re-election as U.S. Soccer President. Over the last five years, Cindy has been an excellent leader for the organization, helping revitalize the Federation, expand the game at every skill level, and excite even more Americans about the beautiful game.
