Cindy Parlow Cone has dedicated her life to soccer—as a player, a coach, and now a leader shaping the future of the sport in the United States. As a World Cup and Olympic champion, she knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. As the first woman elected to serve a full term as U.S. Soccer President, she has proven her ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a commitment to growing the game at all levels.

Taking office in 2020 amid one of the most challenging periods in U.S. Soccer’s history, Cindy brought steady leadership when it was needed most. She navigated the Federation through the COVID-19 pandemic, resolved the equal pay lawsuit, and strengthened relationships with players, coaches, referees, and every member of the Federation. Under her leadership, U.S. Soccer is stronger than ever—and she’s ready to keep building for the future.

She spearheaded the creation of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, ensuring all 27 U.S. National Teams, U.S. Soccer members, and countless players, coaches and referees across the country have access to a world-class facility.

Under her leadership, the Federation’s revenue has diversified and grown from $97 million in 2024 to a projected $141 million in 2026. Cindy has overseen record-breaking sponsorship deals, bringing in partners like Bank of America and Home Depot.
